Exchange Income Corporation, a Canadian corporation, was created to invest in profitable, well-established companies with strong cash flows operating in niche markets and to distribute stable monthly cash dividends to its shareholders.
To do this, it invests in companies for the long term with no intention of selling; retains current management; and works with them to grow their companies.
The Company currently owns subsidiaries in three niche business segments, aviationmanufacturing and infrastructure. The operating subsidiaries operate autonomously and maintain their individual business identities. Management of the Company continuously monitors the operating subsidiaries and will undertake future acquisitions and divestitures as deemed beneficial to the Company.
